About kinesiology
The body carries the imprint of lived experience. Beneath conscious awareness, it continually registers, adapts, and communicates.
Kinesiology is a non-invasive biofield therapy that works with the body’s subtle feedback systems to support regulation, resilience, and recovery.
A biofield therapy is a practice that works with the subtle energy fields surrounding and permeating the human body.
Consultations focus on identifying hidden sources of imbalance and supporting shifts through the body’s own regulatory mechanisms. Rather than forcing change, the work engages the body’s feedback to encourage reorganization, resilience, and renewed vitality.
With one foot in the conscious and the other in the subconscious, sessions move through layers of perception—clarifying, amplifying, and opening space for new pathways to emerge. Clients often experience increased clarity, steadiness, and a greater capacity to make aligned decisions.
Kinesiology offers a non-invasive yet precise approach to supporting health and overall wellbeing.
What kinesiology can support ?
-
Stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and periods of inner stagnation.
A space to process, release, and reconnect with a deeper sense of alignment.
-
Sleep, energy levels, and chronic conditions.
Kinesiology works with the understanding that emotional and physiological processes are deeply interconnected. By addressing underlying stress patterns, it can play a significant role in supporting the body’s ability to regulate and recover in the context of illness or disease—alongside appropriate medical care.
-
Preparation for exams, interviews, or important events.
Support for concentration, clarity, and nervous system regulation.
-
Life changes, decision-making, and moments of reorientation.
An opportunity to move through transitions with greater awareness, coherence, and ease.
Who is kinesiology for ?
Kinesiology can be beneficial at all stages of life, from early development through adulthood.
It may be particularly relevant for those interested in the relationship between body and mind, as well as integrative and preventive approaches to health.
It also supports individuals who wish to anchor inner or therapeutic work into daily life, bringing greater coherence between insight, physiology, and action.

How does a session unfold ?
-
We begin with a consultation over tea, reviewing your health background and the primary concerns bringing you in.
We then calibrate the muscle test using gentle pressure applied to your arm.
You remain fully clothed throughout the session.
-
After identifying a set of relevant stressors, we work with your subconscious as a guide to define an intention for the session.
From there, a series of non-invasive techniques working with your subtle energy system (including meridians, chakras, and the electromagnetic field) helps release specific energetic blockages and restore flow.
The session is painless. At times, you may experience sensations such as warmth or a subtle release, like tension dissolving from within. Often, you may not feel anything in particular. Each person—and each session—is different.
-
We close the session by ensuring you feel grounded and supported in integrating the experience into daily life.
This may include:
targeted lifestyle or movement recommendations
nutritional or behavioural adjustments where relevant
a short written or verbal guidance summary
supportive tools (e.g. breathwork, grounding practices, simple exercises)
symbolic or sensory anchors for reinforcement

Kinesiology is a complementary practice that focuses on supporting overall balance and wellbeing. If, during a session, something suggests an underlying health concern, I may recommend that you consult a doctor or appropriate qualified health practitioner for further assessment or a check-up.

No. Kinesiology does not require belief, adherence to a doctrine, or any particular spiritual worldview. You are welcome exactly as you are—curious, skeptical, practical, or simply open to exploring the process.
At the same time, kinesiology is grounded in a holistic understanding of the person, where physical, emotional, mental, and relational dimensions are interconnected. Many cultures around the world—including certain Amazonian knowledge traditions—have long approached wellbeing through frameworks that include subtle, relational, or energetic dimensions of life. Kinesiology can be understood within this wider philosophical landscape, without requiring anyone to adopt those beliefs literally.
What matters most is not belief, but your willingness to engage with the session, notice what arises, and use the insights in a way that feels meaningful and practical for you.
