Monica Hart

Monica Hart is an anthropologist and kinesiologist working at the intersection of applied kinesiology, body-based perception, and cross-cultural understandings of healing.

Her approach bridges Western analytical frameworks with an attention to the body’s subtle regulatory systems, supporting processes of change through direct engagement with physiological and perceptual feedback.

Her consultations draw on kinesiology as a form of biofield therapy, working with the body’s responses to support shifts in physical tension, emotional patterns, and broader life transitions, with a strong emphasis on vitality and adaptation.

Her work is informed by both academic study and field experience in anthropology, including immersive exposure to Amazonian plant medicine traditions and cross-cultural practices of healing and embodiment. Additional training in shamanic breathwork contributes to an integrative but grounded approach to working with altered states and somatic processes.

Each session is approached as a structured yet responsive process, combining precision and attentiveness to support the body’s natural capacity for reorganization and balance.
